Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026 (draft). These terms apply to the website sigillor.com (the "Site"), operated by Adido Ventures Sàrl, c/o George Bowring, Rue Micheli-du-Crest 2, 1205 Genève, Switzerland, UID CHE-140.730.217 ("we").

1. Scope

By using the Site you accept these terms. They cover only the Site. Any pilot or subscription for Sigillor is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. No offer, no advice

Sigillor is in design and not generally available. Nothing on the Site is an offer to conclude a contract, or legal, regulatory, compliance or investment advice. The scenarios described are illustrative and contain no real client data. Regulatory references are general information; check them against your own assessment and your advisers.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, the name "Sigillor") belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own information. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

4. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the Site accurate but give no warranty that its content is complete, current or error-free. We may change or take down the Site at any time.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.

6. External links and trademarks

We are not responsible for linked third-party websites. Third-party names (such as AP2, Avaloq, Temenos or FINMA) are used only for reference and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
