In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers, embedded third-party content or external fonts. The only personal data we process is the technical server log needed to deliver the site securely, and the emails you choose to send us.

This notice explains how Adido Ventures Sàrl processes personal data in connection with sigillor.com. It is based on the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Storage and retention: the server is hosted with Infomaniak in Switzerland. Logs are kept for no more than 30 days and then deleted, unless a specific security incident requires us to keep them longer.
We do not use log data to identify visitors or build profiles, and we do not combine it with other data.

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking

Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Please do not send us confidential client data or information covered by banking secrecy by email.

5. Disclosure and transfers abroad

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data is disclosed only to service providers who host the website and our email on our behalf and under our instructions, or where the law requires it. We intend to process your data in Switzerland. If a transfer abroad ever becomes necessary, we will make it only to countries with adequate data protection or with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses), as required by Art. 16 FADP and Chapter V GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the conditions of the applicable law, you have the right to:

To exercise these rights, write to hello@sigillor.com. We may ask you to prove your identity.
